Parochial Church Council
The Parochial Church Council is the governing body of St Edburg’s Church. It consists of the Rector, the Churchwardens, and an elected group of local parishioners whose job it is to plan the future of the church and parish, work with other churches in the local area, and ensure the continuation of the church of St Edburg’s in Bicester into the 21st Century.
